So the big holiday meal has come and gone, and yet you still have tons of turkey, stuffing, gravy, and potatoes! The chefs at Walt Disney World came up with several ways to turn those leftovers into unique eats. Both of these dishes have been featured at Epcot's Festival of the Holidays in years past.

First up, the Gobbler Poutine! This snack has made an appearance both at the Refreshment Port in Epcot as well as the Daily Poutine in Disney Springs. Poutine is a classic Canadian meal consisting of French fries topped with cheese curds and gravy. The Thanksgiving version adds in turkey and cranberry sauce! It might sound a little wacky, but this poutine is so tasty and a creative way to use up your leftovers.

The second iteration is a play on chicken and waffles. The "waffles" are actually made of stuffing! They are then topped with mashed potatoes, turkey, gravy, and cranberry sauce. This layered dish is more fun than your standard turkey sandwich!

While we have never been to Disney World around this time of year, we hope to be able to sample all of the holiday offerings soon! For now, we will enjoy our extra turkey and fixings in the form of these savory snacks.
