Howdy partner! One of our favorite themed areas at Disney World is Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios. There are so many details and Slinky Dog Dash is so much fun! The major dining location in this land is Woody's Lunchbox, which puts a new twist on some classic snacks. We decided to try the totchos and were not disappointed!
Instead of tortilla chips, the nachos are "potato barrels" aka tater tots. They are baked and then topped with chili, queso, shredded cheese, sour cream, corn chips, and scallions! This is a delicious, filling snack even in the summer heat. To recreate this at home, we cooked our own chili, but you could use the canned variety to save time. Everything else is pretty self-explanatory. Lay out the toppings and let everyone layer their own pile of tots!
These totchos are hearty enough for an easy meal, or for an awesome party snack! We can't get enough. Enjoy these during your next Toy Story marathon!
